Giving Societies

Our alumni and friends demonstrate the significance of leadership giving and inspire others to follow their example. The Law School has established giving societies to recognize the variety of ways that our alumni and friends generously support their Law School in both annual giving and lifetime giving.

Annual Giving

Annual giving by our Lockhart Club members—donors who contribute $2,000 or more in a fiscal year (July 1 to June 30)—is recognized in many ways, from acknowledgment in printed materials to signage in the Law School to special receptions with the Dean, visiting scholars, and guest lecturers.

Lockhart Associates (for Recent Grads)

Lockhart Associates is a new recognition program for alumni who have graduated from the Law School in the last ten years. It’s simple: All you have to do to become a member is donate $100 to the Law School for each year since you graduated.

Fraser Scholars Society: Raise the Bar Program

The Fraser Scholars Society Raise the Bar Program is an opportunity for alumni to increase their gift to the next level over a three-year period while being recognized at the Fraser Scholars Society, the Law School’s highest level of leadership in annual giving. Recognition includes all Fraser Scholars Society benefits in the first year of commitment. Now is a vital time to demonstrate leadership by making a commitment that will benefit others for years to come.

Lifetime leadership giving to the Law School is recognized with deepest appreciation in the Partners in Excellence Annual Report and permanently honored on a beautiful plaque in the Law School at the following cumulative outright, pledged, and deferred giving to the Law School:
